London painter of landscapes who exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts and the British Institution. Mainly scenes of streams and woods around Essex, the Thames, Cumbria and Devon.
Finely executed, this pair of paintings were purchased from Astley House Fine Art in Moreton-in-Marsh some years ago for £4,500. They have since hung in St Peter's Manor, Droitwich Spa.
